This is among the city’s first modern buildings of clear rationalist tendency, by the architect Alejandro Bustillo. It was built in 1929 for Victoria Ocampo, one of the great figures regarding literature and among intellectuals (once director of the magazine “Sur”). Nowadays the building belongs to the Arts National Fund.
