This building is a work by the architect Clorindo Testa, very significant and original in its structure. Nowadays, the channel is called like in its origin when it functioned in a different place; Channel 7, the State channel.
The building inaugurated in 1978 for the soccer world cup the country hosted; color broadcast started those days as well. This is the reason it was called “Argentina Televisora Color” (Argentine Color TV), which identified it.
