The typical industrial façade, built in 1918, belonged to the Nobleza Piccardo business organization and it used to function as a deposit of the black cigarette manufacturer, the brand name was 43.
The building was redesigned respecting its original architecture. Nowadays it is the Museum of Modern Art of the city where the works of the most representative artists of the time are on display.
