It is a house that dates back from the XIXth century, that used to be the venue for the Committee of the Socialist Party, presided over by Alfredo Palacios. Today, it hosts the only wax museum in the country, where the history of this neighbourhood is told throughout five rooms that describe its birth and the development of the population by means of works by the sculptor Domingo Tellechea, the founder of the museum.
